CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills is a 250-bed community hospital serving one of the fastest growing areas of San Antonio. All pharmacists process drug orders, monitor patient drug therapies, and provide drug information. In addition, Clinical Pharmacist IIs participate in the management of patient pharmacotherapy and quality medication management within assigned service areas as a decentralized service. This position posting is for an internal medicine pharmacist to manage patients in the acute medical-surgical setting.

*Education/Skills*
* Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required
* One of the following required: Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification, ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency completion, or at least 5 years of hospital experience

*Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications*
* Pharmacy registration in the State of Texas within 60 days of start date
* Registered pharmacist preceptor within 90 days of start date
* ASHP Residency Preceptor status within 180 days of start date
* BLS and ACLS within 180 days of start date

Pay: $54.20 - $66.24 per hour
