We are looking for a full-time (32-35 hrs week) Dental Hygienists to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring optimal oral health for our patients. Hygienists in our practice make a significant impact in the dental field and work in an environment where their expertise is valued. We utilize the latest diagnostic technology in the dentistry to help educate our patients.

*Responsibilities*

* Conduct thorough dental cleanings and perio treatments for patients of all ages
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
* Utilize dental software for patient records management.
* Document patient care and treatment accurately
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment and treatment room.
* Stay updated on knowledge relevant to dental hygiene practices.
* Collaborate with dentist on patient treatment and education
* Utilize technology for patient care; iTero, lasers, Artificial Intelligence (AI)

*Requirements*

* Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of NY
* Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical terminology.
* Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while maintaining professionalism.
* Familiarity with dental software systems and taking radiographs
