*What You'll Do*

* Evaluate and treat children (birth-21) with speech, language, and feeding needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress in our EMR system.
* Collaborate with other therapists and families to ensure coordinated care.
* Travel occasionally to local schools to support therapy partnerships.

*What We're Looking For*

* Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Tennessee
* Strong clinical skills in pediatric speech, language, articulation, and feeding therapy
* Passionate about helping children succeed
* Organized, motivated, and collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills
* A true "Can Do" attitude and desire to be part of a positive, team-first culture
* Willingness to travel occasionally to local schools to support our educational partnerships

* *Flexible Scheduling Options*:
* Full-Time (4x10s Monday-Thursday or include Fridays)
* Part-Time (Monday-Friday)
