We are looking for an experienced and talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work alongside our diverse clinical team in school, home, and community settings.

Responsibilities:
Consultation Services
* Provide high quality consultation to students in public school and preschool settings
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
* Develop Behavior Intervention Plans and programming for the school setting
* Train and provide feedback to teachers and paraprofessionals regarding students' Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and programming
* Attend IEP meetings and participate as part of the IEP team
* Travel to schools, 2-3 longer travel days per month
Home Based Services
* Develop and maintain skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans
* Monitor interventions by providing supervision and feedback to Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs)
* Attend and facilitate in monthly team meetings
* Maintain all client records, documentation, and schedules
* Assist the leadership team in the development and provision of staff training and treatment integrity checks
* Perform other position-related duties as appropriately requested by the Director of Programs and Executive Director
Basic Function
Provide clinical expertise to staff and clients involved with Hammond Associates' home and school-based programs.
* A minimum of a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development or a related field
* Board Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required
* Must have a satisfactory criminal background check
* Must possess good organization and communication skills
* Must know your reinforcers and how to access them!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
