*Qualifications*

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist who meets the following:

* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

* Current Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Colorado)

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work respectfully and effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

* Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care with integrity and compassion

*What You'll Do*

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. You'll evaluate, treat, and develop personalized therapy plans to achieve functional, goal-based outcomes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans based on physician referrals and clinical assessments

* Provide therapy treatments that align with individual goals and regulatory standards

* Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of patient progress and services provided

* Supervise therapy assistants and students in direct patient care

* Educate patients, families, and staff on restorative techniques and home programs

* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
