*Your Role as an RN at El Castillo*
As a Registered Nurse, you will:

* Assess residents' health and develop individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments
* Supervise LPNs and CNAs, delegate appropriately, and provide clinical guidance
* Communicate with physicians, family members, and interdisciplinary teams
* Monitor for changes in resident condition and intervene promptly
* Ensure quality, safety, and compliance in all aspects of resident care

*Qualifications*

* Current *RN license* in good standing with the *New Mexico Board of Nursing*
* Current *CPR certification *(or willing to get it)
* Clinical competence and sound nursing judgment
* Experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred, but *new graduates are welcome*
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

*Preferred but Not Required*

* Experience in memory care, assisted living, or intermediate care
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
