Waterfront Dental, a private, fee-for-service general dental practice in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Hygienist to join our growing team. We are flexible with scheduling and can accommodate either part-time or full-time hours that fit your lifestyle.

Hygienists are given a full 60 minutes with patients, and additional time as needed for new patient visits and periodontal therapy appointments. We believe in creating an environment where our hygienists can provide exceptional care where their contributions are deeply appreciated.
We are seeking a Hygienist who:
- Has their own loupes and light
- Is comfortable with scaling and root planing (SRP), as well as techniques to help patients stay numb and comfortable
- Has experience (or interest in learning) with soft tissue lasers and Hybenx
- Enjoys educating patients on both periodontal and restorative needs
- Can quickly adapt to technology, including BlueNote office communication and DentiAI voice charting
- Infection Control & Safety
- We strictly uphold all infection control policies. When aerosols are created, we require either:
- N95 masks with side shields on glasses, or face shields (we provide multiple styles to try), with Level 3 masks.
