Seeking to employ a Supervisory RN to provide direct and indirect patient care services and is key to providing the excellent patient experience that Above and Beyond HomeCare strives to provide.
The Supervisory nurse will initiate services, complete a plan of treatment and necessary forms as needed to implement patient care with the goal of helping our patient population meet their best outcomes. Admits, resumes and discharges patients by completing all necessary paperwork and documentation timely and accurately. Adheres to all practice standards as they apply to patient care and is under direct supervision of the Director of Nursing. Provides skilled assessment training to new home health aides/personal care workers.
This position is Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30 pm,
