Are you a skilled and passionate *Dentist* looking for a rewarding opportunity?
Baltimore's premier dental sedation and implant at *Towson Dental Care*, is seeking a dedicated dentist professional with more than 3 years of dental experience to join our team. This position is 3 days per week with an opportunity to transition to a 4 days per week between 2 offices.
*Position Details:*
* Collaborate with a Class II anesthesia permit owner and a full time Certified Sedation Registered Nurse.
* Candidates may get certified to work under the owner holding the class II permit.
* Access to CBCT, Cerec scanning and milling technology on site.
* 3 days per week, increasing to 4 days per week
*Responsibilities: *
* Conduct thorough oral exams and diagnose dental conditions
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
* Exceptional patient communucation skills
* Ability to explain complex treatments in a clear, patient-friendly manner
* Compassionate and reassuring approach
* Focus on aesthetics and functionality for optimal patient outcomes
* Works collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
* Adaptability in a clinical setting and our dental software
*Qualifications:*
* 3 years experience/ general practice residency program.
* Proficiency in complex diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Precision in performing dental procedures
* Perform routine restorations, endodontics, extractions, fixed and removable prosthodintics.
