*Responsibilities:*

* Provide therapy services (individual, group, or family) to clients with diverse backgrounds and mental health needs
* Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation
* Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and other professionals
* Attend team meetings and stay updated with current practices and training

*Experience*:

* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
* Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) in MARYLAND
* 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
