We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused *Endodontist* to join our specialty dental team serving multiple locations in Austin and San Antonio, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a consistent, flexible schedule with strong clinical and administrative support.

*Position Details:*

* *Schedule:* 4 days/month in Austin + 8 days/month in San Antonio
* *Clinic hours:* Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* *Start Date:* ASAP
* *Patient Load:* 6-10 patients/day
* *Procedures:* Root canal therapy (initial and re-treats with loupes; no microscopes)
* *Support Staff:* 2 specialty RDAs at each site
* *EMR:* Echart

*Location Sites:*

* *Austin (4 sites)*
* *San Antonio (8 sites)*

*Requirements:*

* DDS/DMD degree and completion of an accredited Endodontics program
* Active Texas dental license in good standing
* Board Certification preferred (daily guarantee applies for BC candidates)
* Texas Medicaid credentialing (can take up to 180 days)

*Compensation & Perks:*

* *$1,000/day guarantee* or 40% production (whichever is higher)
* Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between Austin and San Antonio
* Credentialing support provided
* Flexible, recurring monthly schedule
