We are a growing practice that is expanding and we are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental team and provide high-quality, individualized dental care. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and detail oriented and have experience with a variety of treatments, including examination, cleaning, prevention, and education. Responsibilities:

* Remove plaque, stains, and other dental build-up.
* Perform thorough examination of head and neck, gums, and tissues.
* Takes x-rays and assists as needed with x-rays.
* Administers anesthetic proficiently.
* Understand the basic functions of the human body, knowledge of general principles of dentistry and advanced knowledge of dental hygiene.
* Adhere to state and federal medical laws.
* Manage patient records.
* Maintains dental equipment and sharpens and sterilizes dental instruments.
* Greet patients politely and with respect.
* Be polite and communicative with patients, co-workers, and other office staff.
* Demonstrate proper infection control measures.
* Provides clinical services and health education to improve and maintain the oral health of patients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
