*Position Overview:* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement customized therapy plans that address their unique needs and goals. Our commitment to maintaining a one-on-one patient-to-therapist ratio allows for comprehensive, individualized care and fosters a strong therapeutic relationship with each patient.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
* Provide hands-on, *one-on-one* therapy sessions with patients to facilitate their recovery and improve their quality of life.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
*Qualifications:*
* Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maine.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
* Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for helping patients achieve their goals.
