*Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering exceptional healthcare services at First Nations Community HealthSource in the Albuquerque. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide comprehensive care that meets the diverse needs of our community members.
*Responsibilities*

* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including outreach events.
* Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
* Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
* Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
* Work within a team of medical providers and medical assistants.
* Provide immunizations, injections, wound care, and assist provider with minor surgical procedures.

*Qualifications*

* Graduated with an Associates or Bachelors from an accredited univesity.
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
* Proven experience in critical care or emergency medicine preferred.
* Strong skills in patient assessment and medication administration.
* Knowledge of family planning services.
* Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Eclinical Works (eCW) .
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
* Commitment to providing culturally competent care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.65 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
