*Your Role*
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Supervise and train behavior technicians
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
* Track progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
* Promote a culture of positivity and compassion within the workplace
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
* Active BCBA certification in good standing
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
