We are a well established private practice (initially started in 2011 as a home therapy business which expanded into 3 clinics located in Columbia Falls, Kalispell and Eureka, MT), that is well respected, and growing. This private practice is a Montana owned company, with 21 employees.

*Responsibilities: *
* Treatment of all patients ethically and respectfully.
* A commitment to guide, motivate and encourage each patient and their caregivers in their individual journey toward rehabilitation/habilitation.
* Ability to work with caregivers in the sessions and communicate effectively with our multidisciplinary team.
* A holistic perspective and will be able to adapt the environment to fit the family/patient.
* Experience in private practice preferred but not required.
* May require supervision of assistants

*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited OT program.
* Current Montana OT license (or eligible).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $29.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
