We are looking for a caring Registered Dental Hygienist top join our team! As a Hygienist, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family. You will screen patients, perform dental cleanings and assist the dentists with exams and procedures. *Responsibilities*

* As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental cleanings, conducting patient assessments and educating our patients on effective oral hygiene practices.
* Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible during their appointments.
* Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history.
* Take digital X-rays
* Identify conditions like gingivitis and periodontist
* Clean and help protect patients teeth
* Assist dentist with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases
* Maintain computer documentation and charts on each patient
* Sterilize dental instruments properly
* Monitor supplies

*Qualifications*

* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession
* Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
* Outstanding communication skills
* A patient and friendly personality
* Attention to detail
* Diploma in Dental Hygiene
* Valid license to practice in the state of Iowa
* Registered Dental Hygiene license (Required)
* CPR certification (Current)
