We're seeking an experienced BCBA to join our collaborative clinical team. You'll conduct assessments, design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and ensure data-driven, high-quality care.

*You're a Great Fit If You:*

* Hold (or are within 6-9 months of) AZ BCBA licensure
* Have 1-2 years of direct clinical or therapy experience
* Are detail-oriented, motivated, and value excellence and innovation
* Thrive in a positive, team-based environment
* Are passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful progress

*Preferred Experience:*
Parent training, social skills instruction, early intensive behavioral intervention, verbal behavior, data-based decision-making, and staff development.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
