The Speech and Language Center is seeking a *full-time Occupational Therapist* to join our dedicated and collaborative team! Our clinic provides *comprehensive therapy services* including *occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA therapy*, creating a truly integrated environment focused on helping children reach their fullest potential.
As part of our team, you'll work alongside highly skilled therapists from multiple disciplines in a supportive, family-centered setting. We value collaboration, creativity, and compassionate care - and we're looking for an OT who shares that same passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
*What You'll Do:*
* Provide evaluation and treatment for children with a range of developmental, sensory, and motor needs
* Collaborate with speech and ABA therapists to deliver coordinated care
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Communicate progress and goals with families and caregivers
* Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary planning

*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
* Current Virginia OT license (or eligibility)
* Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
