*Requirements*
* Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
* Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices.
* Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings is preferred.
* Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, particularly in orthopedics and geriatrics.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
* Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy while providing patient care.
* Physical stamina to assist patients during therapy sessions.
