*Position Overview*: Mental Health Clinician/Therapist will provide outpatient individual therapy to clients of Guided Solutions Therapy. Clinical therapy services include treatment of adolescents, adults, couples and families. If you want to be part of a growing work family, apply!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prefer at least one evening and/or weekend available.
* Provide psychotherapy services to individuals and/or families (minimum 25 hours per week). Preferrable availability for some nights and weekends.
* Conduct initial psychosocial assessments in order to determine appropriate treatment plan and care.
* Create and adjust collaborative treatment plans with clients on an ongoing basis.
* Keep up-to-date documentation of services provided (e.g. initial assessment, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, consultations).
* Use an array of therapeutic modalities and interventions to support clients in moving toward their valued goals and meaningful recovery.
* Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
* Respond to patients' requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Guided Solutions Therapy website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such clients.
* Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping grow in an environment as we establish a team.
* Other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATION. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be punctual in reporting to work.
* *(Required) *Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a doctorate in Psychology.
* Must have and maintain licensure in the State of Wisconsin to provide psychotherapy as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or similar.
* Experience providing trauma-informed care and culturally-sensitive therapy.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional Organizational skills.
* HIPAA compliant documentation skills.
* Carry own malpractice insurance.
