*Job Overview*
We are seeking a therapist to provide mobile services in Northeast Colorado. This position exists to provide individual and group services to clients in rural communities, helping overcome geographic and economic barriers to care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality behavioral health care to a diverse population, including underserved and marginalized communities. This role involves working with a team of Peer Support Specialists to expand treatment and recovery services throughout the service area. The Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their behavioral health goals.

*Duties*

* Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
* Provide psychotherapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and experiential modalities.
* Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, including crisis intervention and behavior management strategies.
* Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients effectively.
* Offer in-person services across a wide service area, including on-site services in hospitals and recovery residences.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ICD coding standards (ICD-9 & ICD-10).
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
* Work collaboratively with a team of clinical and nonclinical professionals.
* Participate in case management activities to coordinate care for clients.

*Qualifications*

* Master's degree in counseling or related field is preferred. Bachelor-level candidates with a CAS credential will be considered.
* Licensure as a professional counselor or addiction counselor is preferred.
* Experience in working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is preferred.
* Experience working with justice-involved individuals is preferred.
* Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is an asset.
* Knowledge of behavioral health concepts, crisis management techniques, and addiction counseling is required.
* Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards is required.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a client-centered approach to care is required.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
