* Be an advocate for proactive, wellness-driven therapy.

* Develop and maintain referral relationships with community partners and providers.

*Qualifications*
* *Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License* (Required)
* Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to travel between client locations throughout the day
* Comfortable working independently and managing a team
