*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups struggling with mental health issues and/or substance use disorders. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in developing personalized treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions in a supportive and professional environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Participate in treatment team meetings to review client progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
* Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
* Offer psycho-education to clients and their families to enhance understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
* Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with best practices, and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines.
*Qualifications:*
* *We are excitedly seeking Pre-Licensed and Licensed persons to join our team! *
* Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
* Licensed in the state of Idaho as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) *OR* has completed clinical master's program and seeking pre-licensed position under supervision of licensed professional.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with clients experiencing mental health or substance use disorders.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is preferred.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Compassionate, ethical, and motivated to help individuals on their journey to recovery.
