* *LPN - $35.00/hour*
* *RN - $40.00/hour*
* *$5.00/hour WEEKEND BONUS*

*Charge Nurse - RN or LPN Schedule*

6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and/or 6:00PM to 6:00 AM

*Charge Nurse - RN or LPN Responsibilities:*

• Evaluate residents' needs and conditions

• Communicate with family members regarding the condition and progress of our residents

• Review physician orders

• Order medications

• Arrange schedules, appointments, and transportation for residents

• Oversee admission, discharge, and transfer of residents

• Supervise CNA staff

*Charge Nurse - RN or LPN Education Requirements:*

• Current Iowa RN or LPN license

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• LPN only - has completed or will complete Long Term Care Supervisors

• Previous RN or LPN experience preferred

*Charge Nurse - RN or LPN Skills*
