Our facility seeks a Full-time RN Nurse Manager.

*JOB SUMMARY:*
Twenty four hour responsibility for coordinating patient care on designated unit. Supervisory duties for entire facility on assigned weekends and specified days during the week. Responsibilities include supervising, disciplining, setting objectives, planning and organizing, communicating and motivating, measuring and evaluating, developing staff, ensuring patients' welfare, administering policies, practicing cost containment and problem solving.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

* Licensed and currently registered with the New York State Education Department as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
* CPR certified.
* Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development
* Ability to utilize leadership skills- influencing, relating, facilitating and deciding.
* I.V. Certified

Work week: 36.25 hours

Working hours: Usually 8:00 am-4 pm. May adjust schedule to confer and observe night or evening staff on assigned unit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
