*Oregon Group Practice Looking for a Associate Orthodontist*
Are you a skilled and passionate *Orthodontist* looking to make a difference in our community? Our well-established, state-of-the-art group practice in the heart of the Willamette Valley is hoping to find a great mutual fit. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality orthodontic care in a friendly and patient-focused environment.
*What You'll Do:*
* Diagnose, prevent, and treat dental malocclusions and oral irregularities
* Develop customized treatment plans, including braces and clear aligners
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and treatment expectations
* Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care
* Stay updated with advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies
*Requirements*
*DMD/DDS degree* and certification in Orthodontics
Valid *Oregon dental license* (or eligibility to obtain one)
Strong technical and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient care and creating beautiful, confident smiles
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
*Compensation and Schedule*
Competitive salary of $2000 or 20% of Collections whichever is greater
$20,000 signing bonus
$5,000 moving reimbursement
$2500 CE reimbursement
3-day per week schedule with room to grow.
