Hemet Valley Recovery Center and Sage Retreat is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC) to join our team on a per diem basis, providing high-quality clinical services to clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This role is ideal for a dedicated clinician with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and a passion for supporting individuals.

*Qualifications*

- Active California license as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (Required)

- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience (Preferred)

- Experience working with substance use disorders (Preferred)

- EMDR training or certification (Preferred)

- If in recovery, must have a minimum of 2 year of continuous sobriety (Required)

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients experiencing substance use disorders (SUD)

- Participate and provide clinical input in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings

- Facilitate psychoeducational and/or process groups tailored to the needs of the client population.

- Complete initial assessments to determine appropriateness for trauma-focused therapies.

- Provide Clinical support and coaching to associate therapists and counselors.

*Skills & Competencies:*

- Strong clinical judgement and ability to work independently

- Experience with trauma-informed care and dual-diagnosis populations

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Commitment to ethical practice and professional development.

Pay: $37.00 - $44.00 per hour
