We are seeing a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at Pueblo Community Health Center in Pueblo, Colorado.
In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering accessible healthcare to over 25,000 patients while working within a patient-centered care team model.
Medical Directorship available with appropriate background and experience.

• Flexible Schedule~ no weekends, no holidays
• 30 Patient contact Hours/10 hours of Administrative Time
• Dedicated Urgent Care Providers and collegial cross coverage
• No call or after-hours requirements.
• Dragon & AI administrative support software.
• EPIC EHR system
• Patient Panel of 1200 per Provider
• Average/Goal of 12-14 patients daily
• Join a large group of 20 Physicians and 40+ Advance Practice Providers
• Career mentoring available
• Integrated On-site Pharmacy, Laboratory, Behavioral Health, Perinatal, Women's Health and Dental.
• Robust Care Team Model that includes RN's, dedicated medical assistant teams, case managers, dietician and referrals team.
• PCHC has 11 sites which, together, provide medical, dental, and behavioral health as well as two on-site pharmacies and labs to serve over 25,000 patients.
