Are you a Periodontist looking for a full time position that allows you to practice your craft in a private practice setting that you have a hand in growing and creating? We are a family owned and run group of 7 general dental offices that feed into the Specialty office. We are actively building our external referral network to provide further production. We have a state of the art facility with microscope, CBCT, and large operatories.

We as a company believe in quality over quantity. This allows the provider to have autonomy over their schedule. Since we are a Specialty Office and General Dental Office under the same umbrella we value our patients and aim to provide the best patient experience. Our goal is to retain our patients to ensure that they maintain healthy teeth and gums for life.

We are located in sunny Florida near two major cities and the beaches. Not only can you have an amazing work culture, but you can have the balance of personal life with year around sun and tons of activities.

We are looking for someone that is invested in growing their immediate team and the extended team of doctors through education and training. We try to educate our doctors to diagnose just like you to limit your consults and ensure you have productive days everyday that are not bogged down by endless consults. We are looking for someone that is invested in growing the business creating a platform for career growth for you as a Specialty provider and all of your support team.

Our specialty office is comprised of a Periodontist, Endodontist and an Oral Surgeon. We have wonderful providers and great support members. We are looking for our perfect fit for our full time Periodontist. Are you the one?

Job Types: 4-5 days / week
Pay: $250,000 base guarantee plus incentives based on production preference 5 days per week
