*Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*

* You'll leverage internal and external resources and support of the performance of your role
* You'll provide *clinical oversight and guidance* to the clinic's BCBAs
* Manage clinical escalations
* Be present in the clinic 5 days a week
* You'll work closely with *Co-Founders *on leadership responsibilities and meeting KPIs
* You'll hold *bi-weekly 1:1 meetings (~15-30 minutes)* with each BCBA in the clinic to offer support, coaching, oversight and feedback.
* You'll *host a bi-weekly team meeting* to align on goals, address needs, and build connection.
* Oversee the clinic's day to day
* Meet a small case load requirement
* You'll *send out a monthly clinic update *to your team, sharing key wins, progress towards the clinic's goals, shoutouts, and reminders.
* You will *provide clinical oversight*, including through parallel supervision, Learning Tree and Client Review meetings, and by upholding clinical standards.

*Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements:*

* Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
* Valid BCBA Certification
* If applicable, licensure to practice within the state hired
* Minimum 2-years of experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Successful completion of a background check
* Valid driver's license, car insurance and own reliable transportation for use in travel to client sites and related company business
* Ability, willingness, and flexibility to travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
