Prairie Orthopaedic & Plastic Surgery is currently hiring for a full-time outpatient orthopedic physical therapist in Lincoln, NE. We provide a highly competitive full benefits package in addition to profit sharing and 401K retirement. Prairie Ortho currently employees 10 therapists, between Physical and Occupational Therapy, and has 2 Lincoln locations with plenty of room to grow in our family-oriented company. Our therapists utilize a strong manual skills approach with all patients, and work closely with referring physicians as part of the physician-therapist-patient team on a daily basis. No productivity requirements with focus on one-on-one therapist-to-patient time. Continuing education stipend provided with company support and encouragement for advanced certifications. Salary commensurate with experience.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance mobility and strength in patients recovering from orthopedic conditions.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning.
* Document patient progress and modify care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

*Qualifications*
* Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, new grads welcome
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
* Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings a plus
* Proficient in patient care and developing care plans
* Ability to work with diverse populations
