*Responsibilities*
• Meets service delivery requirements as established by Supervisor.
• Always maintains client confidentiality.
• Provides assessments, individual, group, and family therapy in compliance with DMH standards. Maintains case record documentation that is adequate, appropriate, complete, and timely.
• Works with a treatment team to collect necessary information for PA submission.
• Assists with the PA process as assigned.
• Attends and participates appropriately in clinical staffing.
• Responds to client's needs in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Demonstrates appropriate interactions with coworkers that promote a pleasant work environment. Completes additional job duties assigned by supervisor.
• Provides clinical supervision for day treatment programs when assigned.
• Participates in interagency collaboration for the provision of client services when assigned.
*Required Qualifications*
• Current clinical licensure (ex. LCSW or LPC).
• Master's degree in behavioral science or related field.
• Satisfactory completion of CPR prior to reporting to the work site.
• Satisfactory completion of MANDT/CPI within 30 days of employment.
• Completion of annual training in compliance with DMH standards.
• Working knowledge of the DSM
*Preferred Qualifications*
• Previous experience as a therapist in a mental health setting and/or working with an SMI/SED in a treatment setting.
• Previous experience with EPIC EHR software.
• Active certification for CPR/BLS and MANDT/CPI

Pay: $43,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
