Come join our established and growing PT-owned private practice at Move Better Physical Therapy in beautiful Charlottesville, VA!
As a clinic that is heavily staffed with OCS certified therapists, we place an emphasis on evidence-based treatment, expert manual therapy skills, and the desire to better serve our patients. We have a _*well - established and successful mentoring program *_for clinicians with _*100% pass rate for the OCS exam over the past 21 years. *_
Our model emphasizes one-on-one time with our patients, with the goal of_*averaging only 10 patients a day*_. Patient population ranges from high school athletes to senior citizens, with a wide variety of nonsurgical and post-surgical diagnoses.
An ideal candidate for this Staff Physical Therapist position is able to provide superior evidence-based treatment and excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual with the proper combination of interpersonal skills and motivation to become an expert clinician.
_*Driven new graduates are encouraged to apply*_. We provide formal mentoring with an OCS trained therapist including dedicated time for clinical reasoning, literature review, Q and A, and manual therapy skills practice to help you develop to your fullest potential.

-Formal mentoring with an OCS credentialed senior physical therapist with dedicated time to work on clinical reasoning, patient cases, manual therapy

Requirements:

-Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
-Current or pending VA PT license
- Current CPR certification
