We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

*Specialty*: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

*Work Setting*: Outpatient Clinic

*Schedule*: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, no on-call

*Patient Mix by Age*: Pediatrics: 20%, Adults: 70%, Geriatrics: 10%

*Patient Volume*: Maximum 5 patients per day

*Types of Cases*: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma (historical/intergenerational)

*Specialties and Staff on Site*: Medical Management, LCSWs, MFT, Psychologist, PMHNP, MA, Admin Assistants, Case Managers, and Behavior Techs

*Requirements*:

• *Licensure*: Prefer a NV State License but will consider any state

• *Life Support Certifications*: BLS

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
