The Verbal ABA Clinic is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or someone working towards their certification. This person would also be responsible for clinical staff training, onboarding, scheduling and retention. A minimal need for clinical cases, as this is an OBM focused position for staff training.. The clinic is focused on center based and community based services for ages 1-21 with an autism diagnosis. Some home and school consultation needed. Experience with severe problem behavior is preferred. This position is also a collaborative position, in that there will be opportunities to educate other disciplines on behavior analytic principles and share target goals and work under the Clinic Director, Practice Manager and CEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
