HomeTown Physical Therapy serves Erath and Hamilton County. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in our Stephenville and/or Hico clinic. The ideal candidate will have a background in the outpatient orthopedic setting. This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing high-quality patient care to help individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals.

*Responsibilities*

* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
* Provide hands-on therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for recovery.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive discharge planning for patients.

*Requirements*

* Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, coworkers, and healthcare teams.
* Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
