*What You'll Do:*
* Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans under physician direction.
* Deliver hands-on therapy to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve meaningful recovery goals.
* Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress.
* Document patient condition and progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Ensure punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.

Requirements:*Qualifications*
*Education:*
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.
*Licenses/Certification:*
Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.
Current CPR certification.
*Experience:*
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
