The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, particularly in pediatric settings. The Speech Therapist will play a crucial role in early intervention programs and collaborate with families and educational institutions to support the communication needs of children.

*Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Implement speech therapy techniques to improve communication skills.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
* Educate patients and families on speech disorders and therapeutic techniques.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to provide comprehensive care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
* Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech therapy practices.

*Requirements*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
* Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and speech therapy methodologies.
* Experience in pediatric settings is preferred; familiarity with early intervention practices is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Compassionate approach towards patient care and commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
