*What You Need to Join Our Team*
* Active RN or LPN license (Colorado or Nurse Licensure Compact state)
* CPR Certification (for Healthcare Providers)
* Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
* Willingness to travel within assigned territory
* A passion for pediatric nursing and family-centered care
*Your Responsibilities*
* Deliver skilled nursing care and clinical interventions in the home
* Monitor and respond to changes in a child's condition
* Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and the healthcare team
* Advocate for the child's needs and coordinate necessary resources
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
