*Holland Connections is a pediatric Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology provider. Holland Connections serves pediatric clients at our outpatient locations, pediatric clients enrolled at Holland Center, and adults enrolled at Holland Life.*
*Holland Connections is currently seeking an energetic and reliable full-time or part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for our pediatric and young adult division in Mendota Heights.*

*Position Details:*
Potential candidates will be responsible for evaluation, intervention planning and treatment for children and young adults with various diagnoses. Responsibilities will include:
* Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations as necessary
* Make appropriate recommendations for therapy frequency and intensity
* Complete all documentation, including initial evaluation reports, treatment plans, daily treatment notes, and discharge reports
* Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
* Conduct training with caregivers to ensure generalization of skills across environments
* Maintain MN Department of Health Licensure and NBCOT Certification
*Education and Qualifications*
* Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* NBCOT Certification
* Licensed by the MN Department of Health
*Experience:*
* Prior pediatric experience preferred but not necessary
*Skills:*
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team of professionals
* Ability to empathize with parental concerns and provide suggestions for therapy skills carryover at home
* Ability to plan, organize and manage time efficiently
