We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized therapy services to patients, focusing on improving their ability to perform daily activities and lead independent lives.
\*Duties\*
- Conduct patient assessments to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and mobility.
- Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on adaptive equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports.
\*Skills\*
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Knowledge of speech therapy techniques
- Understanding of occupational health principles
- Strong patient service orientation
- Experience working with pediatric and geriatric populations
- Ability to provide compassionate care
- Familiarity with working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
