*Compensation: Competitive daily rate or 30% of net production; earn over 300k in the first year*

Responsibilities:
* Understand and align with the clinical philosophies of the practice
* Implement practice policies, protocols, processes and initiatives
* Follow state and federal laws
* Be the lead educator about oral health
* Diagnose oral health conditions with the use of AI, Intraoral photos and radiographs
* Treat oral health conditions
* Educate patients on the importance of prevention
* Maintain accurate patient records
* Achieve daily production goal
Qualifications or Requirements:
* Dental License current
* DEA Registration
* Work experience -- 1-2 years is preferred by not required
