Responsibilities

* Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
* Stay current with evidence-based practices and ongoing education.

Qualifications

* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
* Current state licensure (or eligibility).
* CPR certification.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
