We are seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Cabot, Arkansas! Our therapists enjoy a fun, professional, and easygoing environment with flexible schedule as an added benefit. We are passionate about helping clients to achieve their full potential, while providing their families with advocacy skills and home exercises to carry over in all environments.

We provide an EMR login for therapists, but it is their responsibility to have a computer/laptop/tablet for documentation purposes. We cover the first year of malpractice insurance for therapists, and provide necessary assessments within the clinic setting. Therapeutic equipment provided in the clinic, but therapists are encouraged to bring their preferred items as wanted/needed for sessions.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement pediatric physical therapy goals after completing professional evaluations or working alongside Supervising Therapist for goal creation
* Work directly with patients and their families to achieve their highest level of potential
* Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress to their parents/caregivers
* Record and document patient care services
* Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred, but not required
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Ability to build rapport with patients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great collaboration skills with other therapy professionals in the clinic setting
* Good time management skills; can effectively use EMR scheduling
* Current AR state certification
* Current Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant licensure

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
