Inspira Health is seeking a *full-time Respiratory Therapist (RRT)* to join our Respiratory Therapy team for the night shift in Mullica Hill, NJ. In this role you will deliver patient care through the respiratory care process of assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing and evaluating. The pay range for this position is $37.19 - $50.06 per hour.

*This position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!*

*Responsibilities:*

* Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate respiratory care for patients
* Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery
* Maintain compliance with regulatory, departmental and safety standards
* Document care activities, outcomes and equipment usage in timely fashion

*Qualifications:*

* Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or completion of one of the NBRC education requirements
* Active RRT credential (NBRC) and active New Jersey Registered Respiratory Care licensure required
* Current BLS (AHA) required; ACLS and PALS certification required
* Respiratory care experience preferred
