Behavior Therapist (BCBA)
Full-time or Part-time (In-Person, Hybrid, or Remote based on location)
Purpose/Summary of Position:
Under the direction of the Supervisor of ABA Services, the Behavior Therapist will ensure the quality and effective implementation of all behavioral programming. This role can be performed in-person, hybrid, or remote depending on the candidate's location and program needs. The Behavior Therapist will work collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
As a Behavior Therapist, you'll have the chance to:
* Work flexible opportunities (in-person, hybrid, or remote) while staying connected to a collaborative clinical team.
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement evidence-based interventions aligned with client goals and treatment plans.
* Provide supervision and training to RBTs and direct support staff as required.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support generalization of skills across environments.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
* Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards (BACB, state, and agency policies).
Qualifications:
* Current licensure or certification (BCBA) required.
* Experience providing ABA therapy or behavioral health services to adult individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation systems.
* Willingness to work in-person, hybrid, or remote depending on program and location needs.
