D&H Drug Store, a locally owned and operated community pharmacy with two locations in Columbia, Missouri, is seeking a full-time *Clinical Pharmacist* to join our dedicated team. This is an on-site position ideal for a motivated pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, community health, and clinical innovation.
*About the Role*
As a Clinical Pharmacist at D&H Drug Store, you'll be involved in both traditional dispensing duties and the development of forward-thinking clinical services that address the unique healthcare needs of central Missouri. We're looking for someone who thrives in a community-focused setting and is eager to take an active role in shaping and expanding patient-centered programs.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring high-quality patient counseling
* Collaborate with providers and patients to improve therapeutic outcomes
* Help initiate and grow clinical services (e.g., medication therapy management, immunizations, chronic disease support)
* Supervise and support pharmacy staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment
* Engage with the community and be a trusted healthcare resource
*Qualifications*
* PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
* Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing
* Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience (community or clinical preferred)
* Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to innovate and grow new services
* Leadership experience or comfort supervising pharmacy staff
