*Rainbow Road Therapies* is urgently hiring licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who can provide therapeutic techniques for clients with speech, language, hearing, voice, fluency, oral motor, feeding, swallowing, and cognitive disorders with a multi-sensory team

*Position:*
* This is an in-person position.
* *Higher salary/rates* if traveling between sites.
* *Relocation assistance provided.*
* *Extra income*, if desired, for travel to Las Vegas, NM
* *Choose* to work with Pediatrics, Developmentally Disabled Adults or both populations.
* *Higher salary/rate* for the Developmentally Disabled Adult population.
* Pediatric experience is required.
* Speciality training is a plus.

Our *Speech-Language Therapists* will provide *coordinated care *to clients and perform the following:
* Perform *clinical assessments* to identify the client's needs and client;s desires.
* Document, prepare and complete a *Plan of Care*, *progress notes*, and other clinical record documentation.
* Analyze *client needs* and administer appropriate care as ordered by a physician.
* Use *effective interpersonal relations and communication skills*; facilitate the use of these skills with other team members and admin to achieve desired outcomes.
* Provide appropriate *plan, treatment, and evaluation*.
* Maintain pertinent records of specific tests/measurements performed and progress made.
* *Educate patient/family* concerning patient therapeutic goals, ways to facilitate those goals, and appropriate discharge plans through family members.
