Solutions Treatment Center is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director for our Trauma Informed IOP. We are a small mental health and substance abuse out patient facility with locations in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn to run a facility as a Clinical or Executive Director in the future.

The position will require working from both the Albuquerque and Santa Fe locations.

*Primary Purpose and Function:*

This position is responsible for the day to day clinical oversight of our dual diagnosis Intensive Out-Patient Programs. Candidates must have proven clinical and administrative skills in behavioral health and dual diagnosis treatment programs. At least three years of experience in a leadership role and and five years in the recovery and behavioral health treatment center industry is required. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and creative with team building and leadership skills.

Therapies we offer are: CBT, psychodrama, art therapy, family therapy, process groups, relapse prevention, body centered psychotherapy as well as psycho-education and experiential therapies. We work from a Trauma Informed perspective and are supportive of 12 step recovery models.

*Qualifications:*

* Independently licensed Master's level clinician with a current NM therapy license (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LADAC) Possesses a supervisory certificate or is eligible for one
* 2 years in a management role (3 yrs if in another industry)
* 3 years experience working within an agency or treatment center
* Able to work independently and as a team member
* Experience in program and team development
* Working knowledge of the Utilization Review and Appeal process with insurance companies
* Experience with "best-practices" and/or "evidence-based" treatment for adults with behavioral health and addiction issues
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and staff training manuals
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Computer proficiency and experience working with EHR/EMR systems

*Essential Functions and Responsibilities*

* Over see day-to-day clinical program
* Hiring, training, retention, and oversight of clinical staff and interns.
* Conduct Bio-psycho-social assessments
* Program development
* Direct management of clinical staff
* Perform insurance reviews and clinical appeals
* Carry a small case load and lead weekly therapy groups
* Lead weekly clinical staffing meetings
* Clinical community outreach as needed
* Manage clinical staff schedule
* Work closely with Executive and Clinical Directors and other members of the leadership team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
